Sushant Singh Rajput fans start online petition for actor’s wax statue in Madame Tussauds London

Sushant Singh Rajput’s fans, who have been demanding justice since the actor’s untimely demise on June 14, 2020, have started an online petition for his wax statue at Madame Tussauds London. The fans are urging other ‘All Sushant Singh Rajput fans across the world’ to sign the petition.

While the aim of the petition is for 200,000 people to sign it, they have already reached over the count of 170,000. “In Loving Memory of Sushant Singh Rajput: To add his wax statue at Madame Tussauds London,” read the title of the petition.

“Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic death shouldn’t be the only way we remember him. He did some amazing movies like M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, Kai Po Che!, Raabta and Chhichhore. He was even signed on by NITI Aayog to promote its Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP). Sign my petition asking for his wax model to be added to the Bollywood fraternity at Madame Tussaud’s Museum in London. We will all miss him but let’s keep the memory of his work alive! Thank you so much ! Sophie Rehman from London England,” read a part from the petition.

Sushant’s fans are currently involved in various intiatives – most started by the actor’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti. They have started distributing foods, planting seeds, contributing through flags, holding billboards, among other thing, to fight for justice for the actor.

Rajput was found dead in his house on June 14, 2020 under mysterious circumstances. The Mumbai Police had declared that he died by suicide, but the CBI is currently investigating the matter. Sushant’s last girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty is currently under NCB’s custody for the consumption of drugs, an angle that might be linked to Sushant’s death.
