Ashok Gehlot made CM to weaken Robert Vadra case: Rajendra Rathore

Former Parliamentary Affairs Minister Rajendra Rathore on Monday alleged that Ashok Gehlot has been made Chief Minister to suppress the land scam of Priyanka Gandhi’s husband Robert Vadra. 18 FIRs have been registered against Vadra that proves this to weaken this case, Ashok Gehlot has been rewarded as Chief Minister.

While addressing the press conference on BJP’s state headquarters, Rathore said that the Congress government is working with a spirit of revenge. The ministers of the Gehlot government are unable to understand whether they are ministers or are sitting in the opposition. Rathore attacked Rahul Gandhi and said that the charge sheet submitted by ED in Delhi’s Patiala Court is clear that the top leadership of the Congress in the AgustaWestland scam took the bribe. A payment of Rs 3546 crores was paid for 12 helicopters, out of which a bribe of Rs307 crores was taken. He said that in 2012, the UPA government started investigating the AgustaWestland helicopter scam. In this case, mediator Christian Michel was brought to India on December 4. Rathore, while questioning the appointment of advocate Mahendra Singh Singhvi as the state’s advocate general by the state government, said that Singh is an advocate for Robert Vadra’s land case, for which he has been rewarded. The question arises on this appointment.

Targeting the Ashok Gehlot government, he said that the government has not fulfilled the promise of farmers’ debt waiver and to giving Rs3500 monthly allowance to unemployed.
